In 2021 I co-founded Feyenally. The company specializes in unprecedented ophthalmic solutions that improve the quality of life for millions of people around the world - focusing on digital solutions related to eye examination, diagnostics and therapy. Our unique solution enables patients to self-examine their eyes refractive error at home using just their smartphone. Our solution makes eye diagnostics available to everyone, regardless of their location and material status.

In 2020 I joined Gepetto as a Co-Founder and manager. Gepetto is a leader in e-commerce sales of private label sunglasses in Poland. This eyewear brand incorporates a range of extraordinary materials and technologies in the industry, such as wood or 3D printing. Our mission is to provide attractive design at an affordable price to a wide range of retail customers.

Since early 2020 I am engaged in the Startups ecosystem. I was an Operational Mentor at Startup Spark accelerator.

Between 2017 and 2020 I worked at PizzaPortal.pl - the first Polish on-line food ordering service with 4,000 partners operating in 300+ cities. My mission was to elevate the startup business and lead the team of almost 100 professionals. In 2019 we sucesfully sold the company to Glovo for EUR 35 million.

During my time as a CEO, we grew the business by almost +50% YoY in the challenging time of M&A, launched PizzaPortal’s biggest country-wide marketing cooperation and introduced digitalization of multiple processes (BI reporting, signing partners’ contracts). Our 360 approach was confirmed through PizzaPortal.pl being ranked the highest from all food-ordering platforms in Poland in the KPMG’s report related to the comprehensive CX experience.

As a CFO, I supervised Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing and BI Departments and coordinated all legal and personnel cases within the company. Main activities included: budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and monitoring, preparing monthly reporting to the stock-exchange noted Shareholder. On top of financial responibilites, together with IT and Marketing departments, I was also responsible for implementing GDPR processes within the organization.
